Melbourne Food and Wine Festival
The Melbourne Food and Wine Festival is a staple of Melbourne life. In March, food and wine lovers indulge in events that fill Melbourne's labyrinthine network of restaurants, laneways, lights-turned-down basements and dizzying rooftops and spill into spectacular regional Victoria. Every year more than 250,000 people come to the 200+ events.
This year we are pleased to announce that three of the culinary institutions we have had the pleasure of working with recently are hosting events at the festival.
Sweet Greek hosting 'Taking The Fear Out Of The Filo'
Hosted by Sweet Greek's Kathy Tsaples, this workshop will teach participants the art and science of making filo pastry. Recipes featured will include spanokopita, chicken pie and a variety of dishes to cook with ready-made filo. Book here: http://www.melbournefoodandwine.com.au/program/taking-the-fear-out-of-filo-6832
